1 1/4 cups sugar
4 large eggs
1 tbsp corn syrup
3/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 stick unsalted butter, in chunks
1 step
wisk the sugar and eggs in a heavy saucepan,
and wisk the reamaining ingredients al together.
2 step
Over a medium - low heat
stir constantly until the jam thickens and a bubble
at the surface 8 a 10 minutes
Dont let it bowil .
3 STEP
Get it into a jar and seal very well
up to 3 weeks
